How do I brew loose-leaf tea?

1 heaping teaspoon per 8 oz. Water just off boil (200°F). Steep 5-7 minutes. Cover the mug to keep the volatile oils in the tea, not the air.

Caffeine content?

All of our herbal blends are naturally caffeine-free unless the product name specifically mentions green or black tea.

How many cups per bag?

Roughly 30–40 cups per 2 oz bag, depending on how strong you like it.
