Because of the nature of our items, all sales are final.

At this time, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us at momsmagicbyrubi@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund to the original payment method, at your option.

Non-Delivered Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please file a claim with the carrier first, then contact us so we can help.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please carefully review the ingredient list on every product before purchasing. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities to listed ingredients. If you have any questions about ingredients, reach out before you buy — we are always happy to help.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard final-sale policy applies, subject to the damaged/defective exception above.
